Because what you carry – your insight, your pain, your brilliance – is currency here.
Your two cents matter™. And together, we build legacy from it.

Your Two Cents Matter™. This is where purpose meets preparation—and legacy begins.
At My Two Cents Matter™, we’re not just building homes — we’re building whole lives.
Through hands-on trade training, mentorship, and care-based education, our community members gain more than skills—they gain restoration, confidence, and calling. Whether it’s carpentry, commercial spray painting, mobile business development, or our upcoming Heavy Machinery Operator School, this is about creating real pathways to stability, ownership, and legacy.
We also teach how to work with the land, not just on it—through gardening, farming, furniture repurposing, and sustainable building methods that help reduce our carbon footprint. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about long-term stewardship, healing ecosystems and communities at the same time.
Sustainability isn’t a buzzword here. It’s a responsibility—and a sacred strategy.
This isn’t charity.
This is divine strategy—a blueprint for wholeness, and a movement for those called to build what lasts.

Who We Serve

We prepare the hands, heal the heart, and awaken the purpose within every soul we serve.
From women reclaiming their voice, to youth aging out of foster care, to veterans seeking stability—
we are the sacred bridge between survival and success.
A blueprint for becoming.
A home for the becoming.

What We Do

We provide more than services — we deliver sanctuary, strategy, and skill.
Housing. Healing. Hands-on trades.
Everything we offer is designed to ignite legacy, not dependency.
This is transformational work — not just short-term fixes.
This is where purpose meets preparation.

We Provide Safe Land & Sacred Housing-Built with Purpose

We are not fully operational yet — but what we do have is vision, people, partnerships, and soil already being prepared for legacy.
We are building a community that includes:

🛠️ Temporary & Transitional Housing
For families, veterans, and youth aging out of foster care, we’re creating transitional spaces that offer stability while people rebuild and reimagine their future.

Micro-Communities for Healing & Honor
From active seniors to young parents, we are designing small clusters of beautiful, purpose-built housing — rooted in dignity, rest, and transformation.

Land Development in Motion
We already have access to acreage and are designing with intention. While nothing is final, everything is unfolding. We are actively seeking land and partners aligned with the deeper mission:
to build with people, not just on property.

Five-to-Six Family Pilot Build
Our builders, carpenters, and tradespeople are ready. Plans are in motion to construct 5–6 model homes as a living demonstration of what’s possible when purpose meets preparation.

Sacred Soil & Strategic Stewardship
This is more than land. It’s sacred ground.
Every square foot is part of a greater plan — to offer housing, healing, and hope in a world that needs all three.

We Educate

We’re not just dreaming of a better world — we’re preparing people to build it.

With relationships already in place — from master carpenters and mechanics to educators, trade school partners, and land stewards — we’re laying the foundation for skill-based, soul-centered education that heals and empowers.

What We’re Building Toward:

Carpentry & Sustainable Building Workshops
Hands-on training led by seasoned craftspeople, ready to pass on real skills with real purpose.

Mechanics Training & Mentorship
Guidance from professionals who know the trade — and how to teach it with integrity.

Eco-Conscious Living Classes
Composting, upcycling clothing and furniture, and mastering creative self-sufficiency — the kind of knowledge that sustains both people and planet.

Commercial Spray Painting
A real income stream. Equipment in place. Training already underway.

Healing-Centered Learning
Because repairing the
heart is just as vital as learning a trade.

In Honor of Antonio Cutts
Marine. Master Operator. Mentor. Legend.
Always in a white cowboy hat.
Antonio Cutts didn’t just operate heavy machinery — he mastered it.
A proud U.S. Marine and self-made business owner, Antonio took on jobs others wouldn’t touch — and completed them with quiet power.

In the late ’70s, he applied twice to a heavy machinery school.
Twice, he was denied — because he was Black.
But he built his career anyway.
Bought his own equipment. Launched his own company. Became one of the best.
Years later, a massive construction project came to a halt.
A dangerous cliff had to be excavated to lay a foundation for what was believed to be a hotel.
No one dared take it on. Crews reached out to schools across the region — teachers, students, alumni.
No one could. No one would.
Even the very school that once denied Antonio came to assess the site —walked away.
But before they left, they said:
“If you find someone who can pull this off, please call us. We’d like to bring our class to watch.”
They found Antonio.
He showed up. Scoped the land. And did the job.
Flawlessly.
That same school — the one that once said no — came back with an offer:
Teach with us. Set your own schedule. Name your price.
Antonio said:
“In 1979, I applied to your school, and you wouldn’t have me.
So no, I won’t teach at your school.
But you’re welcome to watch.”
And they did.

Introducing:
The Antonio Cutts School of Heavy Machine Operation
A training ground for the brilliant, the overlooked, and the ready.
Because no one should ever have to ask permission to build —
not when they were born to do it.

Antonio’s story isn’t just inspiration.
It’s the reason we break ground at all.

We Cultivate Creators and Earners

We believe every hand holds value—
Whether it’s pushing a mower, flipping furniture, painting homes, or crafting beauty from what others throw away.
From commercial spray painting to foraging for profit, from lawn care to repurposing cast-offs into cash, we don’t just train people to work—
we train them to build wealth, create legacy, and reclaim their worth.
This isn’t hustle culture.
This is heritage restoration.
We teach our people to work with pride, earn with purpose, and pass something powerful down.
Because when you own your skills—you own your future..

We Prepare the Hands, Heal the Heart, & Awaken the Purpose

This is sacred work—not charity, but community transformation.
Though our programs are still unfolding, we are already rich in committed people, hard-earned wisdom, and a vision grounded in lived experience.
We’re not just building structures—we’re building people, systems, and futures.

Future Mechanics & Heavy Machine Operation
Inspired by the legacy of Antonio Cutts, we are laying the groundwork for a Heavy Machine Operator School that opens doors once closed.
We’re also forging partnerships to offer training in mechanics, carpentry, and trade certificationsspecifically designed for youth, women, and veterans ready to build more than just a career.

Lawn Maintenance & Carpet Installation
With seasoned professionals—20 to 30 years deep in the game—we’re establishing trade-based services that not only offer immediate work, but pass down lifelong skills.
Each opportunity fuels our income-generating ecosystem, where every skill learned becomes both a paycheck and a pathway to purpose.

Eco-Living & Self-Sustaining Skills
From repurposing clothing to reducing waste, composting, and reusing materials, we teach creative sustainability.
Upcoming workshops will include:
Hydroponic and container gardening
Poultry care and backyard farming
Hands-on foraging and survival skills
Because when people reconnect with the land—they reconnect with themselves.

Mobile Business & Income Streams
We’re building portable prosperity. From commercial painting to mobile food businesses, we’re equipping our community to own their skills and monetize their magic.
This isn’t just about survival—it’s about scaling vision into ventures.

Trade School & Workforce Partnerships
We are forming bridges with schools and training programs that believe in second chances.
Whether earning a GED, a license, or a certificate, our community is rising with dignity, direction, and real support behind them.

What We’re Building, Together

These aren’t just numbers. They’re seeds.
Each one carries the potential to change lives through housing, healing, and hands-on work.

+ Acres
Prepared for intentional housing, restoration, and community-based healing.
Tradespeople Committed
From master carpenters to commercial painters—skilled, ready, and aligned with purpose.

Healing-centered education, eco-living, workforce training, and entrepreneurial blueprints.
Vision, Infinite Impact
